The Free plan is available at no cost. There is nothing to refund for the Free plan.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. We do not offer refunds for partial months already paid. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. No further charges will be taken.
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is taken during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and the first payment will be taken. Free trial terms are as described at the point of sign-up.
We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as a platform outage that prevented access to paid features for an extended period, or a billing error on our part. To request a refund in exceptional circumstances, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with your account details and reason for the request.
We do not offer refunds on the basis that no leads were received, that a job was not accepted by any tradesperson, or that the volume of leads was lower than expected. Lead volume depends on market conditions, area density and availability of registered tradespeople — factors outside our direct control. We make no promises or guarantees regarding lead volume.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Billing, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you are a consumer (not purchasing as a business), you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As our service is provided digitally and you explicitly consent to immediate provision of the service, your right to cancel within 14 days may be limited once the service has commenced. We will always act fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
